Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. We ship all of our items UPS Ground. Upon shipping your purchase, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
We want you to love your purchase. In order to ensure that, Jennifer Garrigues, Inc. gladly accepts returns within 30 days upon delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in showroom condition with original tags. You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. Should you discover a defect in your order, please contact our retail store at (561)659-7376 within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with an authorized pre-paid shipping label and issue a full refund. Please note that all items must be returned in showroom condition with original tags.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
• To begin a return, please contact our retail store at (561)659-7376 or email@example.com. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return. After your return authorization has been approved, please securely repackage your merchandise and ship the merchandise back to:

• Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Jennifer Garrigues, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
• Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Once we have received your merchandise back in showroom condition, we will credit you in the original method of payment.
• We also accept in-store returns. Please contact our retail store prior to bringing the merchandise in.
